1. Assessment: A 1hr detailed evaluation of oral and facial muscle function. Video and photos will be taken to show evidence of dysfunction.

2. Personalized Exercises: Custom programs designed to strengthen and coordinate muscles.

3. Progress Monitoring: Personalized exercises will last between 6-8 months. to insure proper muscle repatterning. Regular weekly sessions to track progress and adjust exercises as needed​​
